Fan payments & subscriptions

Fans can subscribe to creators using supported payment methods at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Payments are processed securely by regulated providers

• Subscription prices are set by creators

• VAT or applicable taxes may be added at checkout

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

Access remains available until the end of the billing period.

Refunds & chargebacks

Refunds are handled in accordance with payment provider rules.

Chargebacks are treated seriously. Reversed payments may result in loss of access and account restrictions.

Creator earnings

Creators earn revenue from fan subscriptions and other supported platform features.

Commission & fees

• Platform commission: 20% standard

• Reduced commission: 15% after 1,000+ active subscribers

• Commission is never taken on VAT

• Processing fees are absorbed by MoreThanFanz

• Creators receive a clear breakdown of earnings and deductions.

Payout schedule

Payouts are issued on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Cut-off times (UTC)

• Tuesday 23:59 → paid Wednesday

• Wednesday 23:59 → paid Thursday

Earnings availability

• Earnings clear after 7 days

• First payout clears after 14 days

Minimum payout amounts

• £50 — UK bank accounts

• $100 — US bank accounts

For non-UK accounts, exchange rates and intermediary bank fees may apply.

First payouts clear after 14 days once minimum thresholds are met.

Why a payout may be delayed

In some cases, payouts may be delayed due to:

• Bank holidays

• Incomplete payout information

• Compliance or verification checks

• Refunds or chargebacks

Temporary holds may apply while reviews are completed.

Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.
