Payments are processed securely by CCBill. Card details are not stored by MoreThanFanz.

Payments, Charges & Refunds

  • Charges may appear as “CCBill” on bank statements.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the content type and circumstances.
  • Digital or on-demand content may not be refundable once accessed.
  • Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Account Access & Security

Contact support if you cannot log in, suspect unauthorised access or experience account restrictions.

Age Verification & Access

  • All fans must be 18+.
  • We use a certified age-assurance provider.
  • We do not store identity documents.
  • Access may be restricted if age verification fails.

Harassment, Abuse & Misuse

Report harassment, threats, unwanted messages, requests for off-platform payments or abusive behaviour immediately.

Reports are reviewed and actioned in line with platform policies and safety procedures.

What We Don’t Support

  • Creator content disputes or personal disagreements.
  • Refunds for content already accessed.
  • Issues handled directly by CCBill as the billing processor.
