Why We Updated It.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been quietly improving something that doesn’t always get attention, but matters more than most features. Support. Because when you’re running a content business, clarity matters. And when something needs resolving, it should be fast, structured, and easy. So we’ve rebuilt and refined the MoreThanFanz Support Hub.

As the platform grows, so do the types of questions creators and fans ask. From account verification and payments to refunds, chargebacks, and policy clarification, we wanted everything in one place clear, structured, and easy to navigate. No digging. No confusion.

We focused on three key improvements. First, a cleaner structure. Categories are now clearly separated between creator help, fan help, and policy guidance, so finding the right information is straightforward. Second, a faster contact flow. All support now routes through a structured form system, which means better tracking, clearer submission records, faster internal handling, and reduced back-and-forth. Every request now enters the system properly logged and organised. Third, clearer policy linking. Each help section connects directly to relevant platform policies, removing guesswork and improving transparency.

Support isn’t just about fixing problems. It’s about confidence. When creators know where to go, how to ask, what the rules are, and what to expect, the platform feels stable. And stability builds trust.

This is just the start. The Support Hub will continue evolving alongside pay-outs, reporting, verification, and new platform tools. Good infrastructure doesn’t need to be loud. It just needs to work.
